Born and raised in Winchester/Frederick County, Kenneth has witnessed the tremendous residential and commercial growth that’s transformed the area into one of Virginia’s fastest developing regions.

Kenneth has taken the knowledge learned as an owner of a successful national logistics business to segway into a career in commercial real estate and investment. His exceptional knowledge of the market, coupled with his landlord and property management expertise, make Kenneth a go-to resource for investment analysis and identifying added-value opportunities. As a former business owner, Kenneth enjoys working with small business and restaurant relocation/expansion, site selection, asset disposition, and leasing services.

When not working for his clients, you can find Kenny at the gym, working to add more metals to his prolific Olympic Weightlifting career, already having captured multiple state championships and working toward national success.
