Kit is a Winchester native and a proud graduate of John Handley High School. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture from VA Tech in 1976. He has over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Kit has deep knowledge in site selection, analysis, and acquisition along with multi-family/commercial development, leasing and management. Having acted as his own General Contractor on multi-family and commercial projects he has a firm understanding of construction and associated costs.

His primary focus is to help clients make informed decisions through proper analysis, financial projections, and a full understanding of physical and environmental parameters. Kit places the highest priority on personal service, ethics, and superior communication.
